Are Spanish house prices dropping?

While experts agree that house prices will fall in Spain in 2023, they differ in the amount. Pisos.com predicts that prices will be 1 to 3% lower, although with the caveat that they will see negligible changes in the busiest markets in Spain.

Re : Are Spanish house prices dropping?

Despite the current worldwide economic gloom, France remains a better investment than Spain in spite of a reduction in property values of up to 15% in some areas – which is considerably less than parts of the Costas and Canary Islands. I recommend you buying a buy a house in Cannes https://mlsworldwide.com/en/sale-france … tial-house which is some of the better options nowadays.

Re : Are Spanish house prices dropping?

France's capital city has seen prices drop by approximately 1.2 percent in the last year, and experts predict prices to decline by another three percent in 2023. I'd also recommend you to look at the properties for sale in France, rather in Spain.
